Twinking epitomizes game mastery. To effectively twink your toon you must have a firm understanding of all the game has to offer.
Twinking is taking a lower level toon and equipping above and beyond what that toon could do on its own. Most twinks have players that have multiple higher level toons and have been in the game a very long time.
